What is the median price of homes for sale in Albuquerque area?

According the the Albuquerque Journal and the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors in May 2022, for the first time, the average sale price of a single-family home topped the $400,000 mark in Albuquerque, hitting a record high of $405,000.

Single family homes prices jumped 24% year-over-year, with 1,000 homes sold in April 2022, down 19.6% from April 2022, according to GAAR.

The average sale price for all residential properties in April was $370,000.
