The company represents a wide range of premium oceanfront properties with up to six bedrooms. Many have private pools or access to communal pools in the case of condos, and some have hot tubs and private walkways directly onto the beach. As of 2011, properties are available from $568 for three nights in a one-bedroom condominium, rising to $1,987 for three nights in a six-bedroom property capable of housing 20 guests.
My Beach House (mybeachhouseontybee.com) offers a range of beach properties housing up to 18 guests and including old Tybee beach houses dating back to the 1930s, oceanfront properties, townhouses and condos. The company prides itself on providing properties with character, many of which are pet-friendly and have free wireless Internet. A one-bedroom property costs between $60 and $120 per night, rising to $140 to $440 per night for a five bedroom property, as of 2011.
Tybee Cottages (tybeecottages.com) represents what it describes as a handful of the finest properties on Tybee Island. All but two of the properties are pet-friendly and bedlinen, towels, kitchen utensils and a variety of toiletries are provided for guests in all properties. The majority of the properties are either on the beach or within walking distance of the beach. As of 2011, a one-bedroom cottage, located two blocks from the ocean, costs from $800 per week. At the opposite end of the scale, a six-bedroom property with a private pool, located 75 yards from the beach, costs from $2,500 per week.
Tybee Beach House Rentals (tybeebeachhouserentals.com) offers a range of "family sized" beachfront and ocean-view properties, including some with special features such as private beach access, Jacuzzi tubs and spacious decks. As of 2011, prices start at $150 per night for the two-bedroom 56 Captain's View, which includes a large wooden deck with a charcoal grill. The Ocean View Penthouse, which has five bedrooms and includes an optional airport pickup service, starts at $400 per night with a minimum stay of three nights.
