Telstra Dome Directions

Telstra Dome, also known as Docklands Stadium, opened in March 2000 in Australia and has a seating capacity of 53,400. The Dome, primarily used for AFL games, has also hosted massive church sermons, concerts and singers. Public transportation makes getting to and from the stadium simple and the local highway system has a number of straightforward routes if you're driving to the arena.

Instructions

      Go east along the West Gate Freeway if you're coming from west of the stadium. Take the Docklands Highway-Wurundjeri Way exit north. Go west onto Bourke Street and the stadium will be directly to your north.

      Go west on Victoria Street-Victoria Parade-Route 32 if you're coming from east of the stadium. Take Peel Street south and follow it as it curves southwest and becomes Dudley Street-Route 55. Take Wurundjeri Way-Docklands Highway southeast. Go west onto La Trobe Street and the stadium will be directly to your south.

      Take the Citylink Tollway-Route 43 south if you're coming from north of the stadium. Go southeast onto Footscray Road-Route 32. Go east onto La Trobe Street and the stadium will be directly to the south.

      Take Queens Road-Route 1 north if you're coming from south of the stadium. Follow the road northwest as it becomes Kings Way-King Street. Go west along La Trobe Street and the stadium will be to the south between Wurundjeri Way-Docklands Highway and Footscray Road.
