Place your cursor over "Pay" on the left side of the screen to open the drop menu.
Click "Tickets or Citations."
Click "Parking Ticket," even if you've received a moving violation.
Click "Hearing Request Form" under the fourth title "Dispute the Ticket and Request a Binding Hearing" at the bottom of the page. This will open a separate PDF file.
Fill out the PDF hearing form completely, then fax it to the hearing officer at 702-382-2309.
Go to the court when you are given your hearing date and supply all evidence that you have to prove you were not parked/driving illegally. The hearing officer will determine if you were in the right, thus eliminating your traffic ticket. If you are found to be in the wrong, however, you will be responsible for paying any fines and fees associated with the ticket and court.
