Wrap your glass bottles securely in paper. Any paper will do -- newspaper, construction paper and tissue paper all work. Plastic wrap is another good choice for wrapping your glass bottles.
Place towels or blankets around your glass bottles before putting them in your luggage.
Place your wrapped glass bottles in the middle of your luggage, in-between other objects. Items on the top and bottom of your luggage take the most impact when being thrown onto luggage trolleys and conveyor belts.
Fill your luggage to its capacity. This will prevent your glass bottles from rolling around, which puts them at risk of becoming damaged.
