The chef at Artisanal Bistro adapts classic French bistro food using organic ingredients. The décor is also inspired by the French bistro with a 1930s art deco style. Artisan-made cheeses mature in the restaurant's "cheese cave" and are sold in the retail cheese shop. Oysters, savory fondue and a selection of charcuterie are available on the dinner and brunch menu. The dessert menu includes chocolate fondue and crème brulee. There is a wide selection of champagne cocktails and craft beers. Another menu is called the Cheese & Wine Pairing Flights in which three cheeses are paired with three wines from around the world, recommended to be enjoyed together.
