Somers is a small town in Westchester County, New York. Some of the popular locations there are the Elephant Hotel, Muscoot Farm and the Ladson Park Arboretum. Throughout the town are a number of restaurants, popular among locals and visitors alike, which serve a variety of food.

    • Seasons offers innovative American cuisine in a casually elegant atmosphere. A large, airy dining room makes up the bulk of the interior of the restaurant, while a bar and lounge provide additional seating. The menu includes appetizers such as bruschetta topped artichokes, crab cakes, succulent shrimp empanadas and Season's classic cheese fondue. Entrees include ginger sea bass, rib eye steak, chicken Milanese, veal martini, lobster ravioli and a cherry pepper pizza. A special gluten-free menu is available as well, featuring bacon wrapped shrimp, pan seared scallops and grilled salmon with mango salsa. The restaurant also stocks a number of wine bottles and has an extensive menu of martinis and specialty cocktails.

    Wrap and Roll

    • Wrap and Roll is a small chain restaurant that first opened for business in February 2006. It is inspired by traditional Vietnamese food and features over 40 rolls on the menu in addition to specially designed sauces to accompany them. Appetizers include grilled calamari rolls, battered fried tofu and mustard lettuce rolled with prawns and pork. The breakfast menu features items like fresh water crab noodle soup and a steamed rice crepe with crispy red onion. Main courses include grilled beef wrapped in vine leaves and grilled ground pork with banana leaves. There are also a wide rage of spring rolls, from sesame rice paper rolls to southern style spring rolls with pork, shrimp, crab and vegetables.

    Il Forno

    • Il Forno is an Italian restaurant featuring brick oven pizzas housed in a renovated colonial-style building from the early 1900s. It uses traditional Italian cooking and preparation techniques, homemade pasta and locally sourced ingredients. Appetizers include zucchini sticks, clams bianco, stuffed artichoke and double roasted red pepper. The pasta menu features plates like penne with chicken, linguine topped with baby clams, ravioli and house-made lasagna. Entrees include chicken parmigiana, calamari, mussels, eggplant rollatini and veal scallopini. The restaurant also features a list of traditional pizzas and brick oven baked pizzas, with toppings like artichokes, pepperoni, sundried tomatoes, broccoli rabe, shrimp and sautéed spinach.
