Restaurants on the Outer Banks of North Carolina

The Outer Banks is a series of barrier islands off the eastern coast of North Carolina. Known for its temperate climate and sprawling beaches, the Outer Banks is a popular tourist destination. Because of the availability of fresh fish, there are several seafood restaurants on the Outer Banks; however, diners will find a variety of cuisines, including traditional Carolina barbecue as well as classic American grill items.
