Located near Minneapolis-St. Paul, Roseville is a suburban area of about 34,000 people. It is just off Interstate 35 West and Highway 36 and is fewer than 10 minutes from either of the Twin Cities, which makes it a nice bedroom community for workers in the metropolitan area.     • Granite City Food and Brewery is a casual dining restaurant chain with a brewery that serves a variety of beers, including Duke of Wellington and Broad Axe Stout. It also offers an appetizer of oriental shrimp tossed in a spicy glaze and served with Asian greens, wasabi cream and a relish of sesame cucumbers and tomatoes.     • Roseville is home to the only Joe's Crab Shack in Minnesota. The casual-dining restaurant serves everything from Shrimp Fun-Do, a creamy concoction that includes shrimp, crawfish, spinach and mushrooms, to seafood enchiladas. But true to its name, Joe's perhaps is best known for its Dungeness, snow and king crab, which you can order together in a big pail as the "Crab Daddy Feast." Joe's also serves up regional steampots that include everything from shrimp and crab to crawfish and lobster, as well as corn on the cob and potatoes.
