Eddie V's Prime Seafood is, as its name suggests, a gourmet seafood restaurant located on 5th street in Austin. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere and serves up cuisine that is inspired by the classic seafood restaurants of New Orleans, San Francisco, and Boston. Live music is played nightly, and a full bar is available. Appetizers here consist of New England Jonah crab claws, salt and pepper gulf shrimp, wok-seared and sliced Pacific Ahi tuna, and kung pao-style calamari. Entrees include swordfish steak, battered colossal shrimp, lemon sole in parmesan crust, gulf snapper with fresh Jonah crab, West Australian lobster tails, filet mignon (8 and 16 ounces), and thick cut veal chops. In addition there is a raw oyster bar.

Shoreline Grill has been serving Austin since 1989 from its coveted location alongside Lady Lake. It prides itself in serving sustainable seafood, locally sourced produce, mouthwatering steaks and poultry, and fine American cuisine. The full bar offers views of the lake and has its own menu with small plates like crab cakes and steamed mussels. During happy hour, the extensive wine menu is half off at the bar, as well. The menu offers started that consist of blue crab cakes, flash fried calamari, rock shrimp nachos, grilled Texas quail, and steamed mussels. Entrees include seared big eye tuna, all natural petit filets, antelope carbonera, bronzed Alaskan halibut, lamb t-bones, and barley risotto. For desert, there is a chocolate mousse cake, peanut butter torte, and almond milk pana cotta.

Finn & Porter offers a general dining room, two private dining rooms that can sit up to ten people, and a loft bar that serves cocktails and wine selections. The kitchen is run by executive chef Ryan Gossett, who blends Asian, European and Mediterranean cuisine. Starters on the menu include Thai spiced jumbo lump crab cakes, beef carpaccio, tempura fried soft shell crab, and a tasting of five artisanal cheeses. Entrees consist of pan seared barramundi, bone-in rib chops, Dewberry Farms semi boneless half chicken, pine nut and bacon crusted Columbian river salmon, and housemade red pepper parradelle pasta.
