Explore Frontier City Theme Park. If you like fast, fun and adventurous roller coasters and other amusement park rides, check out the Mindbender, the Silver Bullet, the Geronimo Skycoaster free fall, the Sidewinder and the Terrible Twister, among other rides in the park. Parents or those who aren’t up for the excitement can enjoy the Mystery River Log Flume, the Prairie Schooner swinging pirate ship or a carriage ride or bumper cars. The park also offers food, shopping and music events from time to time.
Take yourself out to the ballgame. Enjoy the Oklahoma RedHawks minor league baseball team—a triple A affiliate of the Texas Rangers—at AT&T Bricktown Ballpark, located near Downtown Oklahoma City. Oklahoma City also is home to Blazers Hockey and Yard Dawgz football.
Take a sight-seeing tour or get around many locations in town by hopping on the Water Taxi. Gain access to it near the AT&T Bricktown Ballpark, several spots in the Historic Bricktown Entertainment District and some other areas around town. Get tickets for under $10 that last all day.
Get wet at White Water Bay water park. If the temperature is right, enjoy a sunny day at the park, home to rides like the Mega Wedgie, Acapulco Cliff Dive, the Bermuda Triangle and other thrilling water rides.
