Buy Walt Disney World Resort park tickets. Tours do not include the price of admission to the parks and you will need a ticket to enter the park.
Call Walt Disney World Tours at (407) 939-8687 to schedule your VIP Tour. The tour department is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time on weekends and holidays.
Make your reservation at least 72 hours in advance of the desired date. Reservations may be made beginning 90 days before your desired date.
Choose a time and a park for your tour. Tours last a minimum of 6 hours and you will be charged by the hour.
Pay for your tour with a credit card. Ask about any discounts that are available before making your payment. Discounts may be available if you are a Disney Vacation Club member, have an annual pass or Disney Visa credit card, or are a Disney cast member. Discounts may also be offered during quieter times of the year.
Meet your tour guide at the agreed-upon meeting place in the park you have chosen and begin your VIP tour. Be sure to bring photo identification with you.
