Cancel your Walt Disney World trip package by calling a Walt Disney World travel agent at 407-939-6244. This is the only method available for cancelling reservations booked through Disney World, including reservations made online and in person.
Speak to a Walt Disney World travel agent about cancelling your reservation. Cancellations made more than seven days prior to your arrival date are free to cancel. Reservations cancelled within one week of your arrival date are subject to a one night room forfeiture.
Write down the cancellation confirmation number given to you by your Walt Disney World travel agent over the phone. This number is important to have in case a mistake is made on the part of Disney and you are charged for your cancelled vacation.
