Call Disney Reservations and make your Walt Disney World vacation plans over the phone. When calling to make reservations you will speak with a trained Disney representative who can make your reservations and answer any questions you may have.
Create your own vacation package. When speaking with a Disney representative you can make all of your hotel, airfare, dining and other Disney plans. You can custom create your own vacation plan including tickets, hotel, dining plans and recreation activities with a single phone call.
Make a deposit on your Disney vacation. Once you have figured out everything that will be included with your Disney vacation, you will be asked to make a deposit equal to one night's stay. The deposit is refundable up to five days before your check-in date.
Go online and start your Walt Disney World vacation plans, including tickets, rooms or complete packages. To start you will need to pick your travel dates and the number of people traveling with you. Once the information is set in the computer, click "Continue" at the bottom of the page.
Select the resort of your choice. Next you will have to choose among value, moderate, deluxe and villas for your resort accommodations. Once you have selected a category, all of the appropriate resorts will come up on the computer with brief descriptions and price ranges. From there you will need to select the resort in which you want to stay.
Select all of the extras you want added to your Walt Disney World vacation. Extras include any room upgrades, theme park tickets, and flight and ground transportation. From this screen your entire Disney vacation can be planned and booked, except for dining reservations. To make dining reservations for specific restaurants you will need to check out Disney's Advance Dining Reservations online.
Make your deposit. Once you have made all of the plans for your vacation, you will need to place a deposit equal to one night's stay. The deposit is refundable up to five days before your check-in date. At this point, you will also be asked for all of your personal information, including name, address, phone number, email and the names of everyone traveling with your party.
