Featured programs include getting to know a "Gator", which features a live alligator. The kayak tours provide a glimpse in the life of dolphins and other marine life.     • Hilton Head Golf, known as the Heritage Collection at Hilton Head Island, offers seven championship golf courses and 135 holes within four prestigious clubs. Spend the day playing golf at your choice of Palmetto Hall Plantation, Port Royal, Shipyard and Oyster Reef Golf Club. This location also affords the opportunity to stroll along the Atlantic Ocean. Amenities include a 14,000-square foot mansion-size clubhouse. A restaurant is available at each club offering lunch and casual dinner daily. All clubs offer both group and individual golf lessons.     • The Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra features talented musicians from around the world. In 1982, a group of 14 musicians came together to play music and formed the orchestra. The orchestra now hosts a youth orchestra, concert competition, special events and picnic and pops. Every May starts the Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra's picnic and pops music series with a concert at Rose Hill Plantation. If you enjoy arts and music, this culture fest is the best place to be in Hilton Head. Other activities throughout the year include summer concerts, a piano competition, seafood jazz and brew festival.
