Family Kingdom features an old-fashioned wooden roller coaster, a Ferris wheel that gives riders an unprecedented view of the ocean, a 110-foot freefall ride and more than 30 others. If you are overheated in the South Carolina sun, you can head across the street to Family Kingdom's other business, Oceanfront Waterpark.

    • Situated at the very center of Myrtle Beach's Broadway at the Beach entertainment complex, the Palace Theatre brings world class productions to South Carolina.     Cherry Grove Pier

    • Tiger Shark

      Built in the early 1950s and owned by the same family since 1965, Cherry Grove Pier is a favorite destination and attraction in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The pier features a two-story observation deck at its end that was famously torn off during Hurricane Floyd's visit in 1999, after the original pier was destroyed in 1989's Hurricane Hugo. The pier is also famous as the home of world record fishing. A 1,780-pound Tiger Shark and a 98-pound Tarpon were caught here. Visitors can go on fishing trips from the pier or stock up on fishing supplies at the Tackle, Bait and Gift Shop.
