The Dinghy Dock

• Open since 1990, the Dinghy Dock is a Culebra local favorite. Set on the edge of the Ensenada Honda, patrons can pull boats up and dock. Enjoy drinks or a meal on water's edge and watch the schools of tarpin swim by. The Dingy Dock is open from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. for breakfast; 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for lunch, and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for dinner.
