Achieving a five-star rating in San Francisco is a very difficult task to accomplish because of all the criteria that goes into the rating system.     • The Dining Room is located within the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and is perfect for any formal occasion. The chef is Ron Siegel who is known for his haute French cuisine with Japanese touches. There is a nine-course tasting menu available at The Dining Room where a different meal is served to every other person at the table. Central among the impressive features of this restaurant is the 12,000-bottle wine cellar.
