Chef Alessandro Strata's French Riviera cuisine has earned this restaurant five stars from Forbes and five diamonds from AAA. Wine Spectator magazine bestowed its Grand Award to the restaurant in 2010. The restaurant, part of the Wynne Tower Suites complex is appointed with the carpeting, drapery, seating and art reminiscent of a luxurious French manor.
Alex's prix fixe dinner menu is only one page long but is packed with dish options. Diners can opt for the tasting menu, which includes Wagyu short ribs, monkfish with piperade and coconut-ginger tapioca. Alex is open Wednesday through Saturday for dinner. Reservations are a must, and a dress code prohibits casual attire.

Chef Joel Robuchon was once named France's "Chef of the Century" by the prestigious French restaurant guide Gault Millau, and this eponymous restaurant in the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino is his first solo enterprise in the United States. The restaurant is so exclusive that diners are offered a complimentary limo ride to the front door. Limited seating ensures an intimate experience in the dining room heavy on shades of blue and white.
Diners can choose from prix fixe and a la carte menus that lean heavily to seafood but include beef and lamb. Patrons with extra cash can try the 16-course tasting menu which, as of 2010, cost $385 per person.

Picasso paintings and ceramic pieces appoint the room.A prix fixe menu and a six-course tasting menu is available. Picasso boasts a wine list with more than 1,500 varieties. An eponymous French restaurant, Guy Savoy is the home to a 10-course Menu Prestige, a tasting menu that includes artichoke and black truffle soup, crispy sea bass and caviar. Diners can also order a la carte. The adjacent Bubble Bar offers small plates of Savoy's most popular meals and premium champagne. The private Krug Room is appointed with contemporary art and an ever-changing menu.
