Fun Family Activities in West Virginia

West Virginia became the 35th state on June 20, 1863, after it seceded from Virginia during the Civil War. Since then, the 1.8 million residents of the Mountain State have become less contentious and more welcoming of their neighbors and visitors. West Virginia, which borders five states, features a range of fun family activities.
