Take the elevator up at the Palms Resort & Casino and you'll find this popular indoor/outdoor night club and bar with views of the city. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows give way to the Las Vegas skyline. Seating areas are available for lounging surrounding the indoor dance floor, but the best place to grab a drink at this popular bar is outdoors. The clear balcony stretches far out over the 55th floor and high above the Vegas Strip. The music from inside travels out, so you can enjoy the sounds of the night's DJ. Ghostbar is open every night from 8 p.m. to late.

Located in the Wynn Hotel is Parasal Down, an upscale outdoor bar on the casino level underneath Parasol Up. While it gets its name from its lavish display of upside-down parasols, the patio bar has many other alluring sights. Enjoy the soothing sounds of cascading water from the Wynn's famous man-made waterfall nearby. Chaise lounges surround the patio bar. Twin serpentine escalators, parasols as ceiling ornaments, and oversized backbar mirrors all frame the large bar, so there's plenty of sights to enjoy while taking down a cool cocktail.

Located at the Palazzo, LAVO offers 20,000 square feet of Italian dining and lounging. Within the vast space, you'll first notice the expansive marbled bar inside the Mediterranean-inspired lounge. The second floor offers a dance floor, but it's the lounge's terrace that holds the best seat in the house. LAVO is open seven nights a week and has been voted Best New Patio Experience on the Strip by the "Las Vegas Review Journal."
