• Ruby Foo’s combines Pan-Asian food with a funky yet fun décor. It is located in the heart of Times Square, and its 50-foot “Ruby Foo’s” sign makes sure that no one will miss the restaurant. The restaurant sports a 300-seat dining room with a 20-seat sushi bar. The décor includes Chinese lanterns, gold-leafed Buddhas, and mahjong-tiled walls. The menu includes a variety of dim sum, soups, salads, house, clear and specialty rolls, sushi, sashimi, and traditional dishes such as pad Thai and kung pao chicken. The “Sushi to Share” menu is well-suited for a light post-theater bite. Ruby Foo’s also has a special kids’ menu, a gluten-free menu, and extensive beer, wine, and cocktail lists. Mr. Broadway Kosher Restaurant

• Mr. Broadway is a restaurant where kosher meets fast food. It has been in operation for more than 50 years and has grown to include two dining rooms, a takeout service, and salad and sushi bars. The menu has American deli cuisine, Mediterranean specialties, a full Chinese menu, and fresh-made sushi. Mr. Broadway’s roots are with the R. Gross Dairy, which occupied more than half a block of Broadway in the 1960s. In 1985 the company changed the restaurant concept from a kosher dairy establishment to a Mediterranean-inspired Glatt Kosher restaurant. Over the next few years,the delicatessen was added, followed by the Chinese menu and the sushi bar. Mr. Broadway is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.
