Dolphin Bay is an amazing attraction that consists of a 4 1/2-hectare network of seven interconnected saltwater lagoons. To keep the facility's bottle-nosed dolphins stimulated, the innovative tropical setting is changeable. Dolphin Bay also boasts a state-of-the-art marine mammal hospital and education center.
There are two kinds of close-up sessions you can choose from. A shallow-water interaction allows you to touch, play and feed the dolphins. The deep-water interaction offers the added thrill of swimming alongside the dolphins in a deeper lagoon. Both sessions last 90 minutes.
Observer passes are available for those who don't want to get in the water with the dolphins. You'll get to sit in a chair on the beach, take photos and enjoy unlimited soft drinks.
The education center is free, and features informative exhibits and video footage about dolphins. There's an area where you can listen to audio of what various marine mammals sound like.
This nonprofit organization runs the hospital at Dolphin Bay where dolphins and other marine animals from the Arabian Gulf are rescued and rehabilitated. It also provides programs focused on the preservation of marine ecosystems around the world.
