Constance P. Hansen developed this small paradise over the last 20 years. It'll remind you of peaceful and romantic garden paintings.

    D River Wayside for Kite Flying

    • Lincoln City is called the "Kite Capital of the World" because it has steady winds. Many people bring their kites here, so you can fly your own or watch all the other colorful kites.

    Devil's Lake for Fishing and Recreation
