On Friday and Saturday nights, Chord on Blues features both legendary and well-known figures in blues music. Shows begin at 10 p.m. on both nights. Past performers include Lonnie Brooks and Otis Rush. While watching performances, enjoy food from a diverse menu that includes pasta, sandwiches, chicken and beef dishes and appetizers. Finally, Chord-on-Blues features a bar where patrons can receive a variety of drinks.

    Mark's 2nd Street Tavern

    • Mark's 2nd Street Tavern is the new name for Lil Jim Tavern's Saint Charles location. The tavern features a pool table along with the NFL Ticket package, which allows patrons to see multiple pro football games on any one of its big-screen televisions. Drinks are available at the tavern's full bar, and a menu provides appetizers such as mozzarella sticks, french fries and chicken wings. Additionally, free comedy shows are offered on Monday nights. Operating hours are 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday and noon to 1 a.m. on Sunday.

    Eastside Pub and Grill

    • The Eastside Pub and Grill is the official bar of the National Hockey League's Chicago Blackhawks. It typically functions as a mid-week sports bar, a Friday night karaoke bar or a Saturday night concert hall, with live music ranging from country and jazz to classic rock and pop. The pub also hosted a dodgeball tournament, adding to a list of adventurous activities that occasionally include beer pong tournaments and pool tournaments. Plus, the Eastside Pub and Grill offers daily specials such as $8 Bud Light pitchers Saturday night and $2 burgers Tuesdays. Sports game day specials include $3, 16 oz. beers for Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox games (Major League Baseball teams) and $5 Labatt pitchers for Chicago Blackhawk games.
