Modesto Night Clubs

Modesto is situated in Stanislaus County and is the 16th largest city in California, according to the League of California Cities. Modesto has a varied nightlife with something to suit most tastes. A survey by Men's Health magazine in 2010 listed Modesto as the eleventh drunkest city in America.

    • Crocodiles Nightclub was opened as a venue in 1978. DJs play music spanning the past 60 years such as country, love ballads, rock and disco. Doors open at 7.30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 7 pm on Sundays. Entrants must show that they are over 21 to enter and adhere to the dress code. Entry will be refused to anyone wearing tank tops, t-shirts, muscle shirts or sportswear.

    Fat Cat Music Hall and Lounge

    • The Fat Cat Music Hall and Lounge is a thirties-inspired venue that plays host to a variety of entertainment. The venue becomes a nightclub after the comedy show finishes at around 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. A rotating roster of local and national DJs play everything from hip-hop to house. The club refuses entry to anyone under 21.

    Palladium Night Club

    • The Palladium Night Club is situated in downtown Modesto and is open from 9 pm until 2 am every Friday night. The club is spread over four rooms and features a host of resident DJs and occasional live music. Some nights have themed parties, others offer all-you-can drink specials for $20. Guests must be 21 years old.
