• The River Stone Chophouse is located in northern Suffolk in the Harbor View area. This elegant steak restaurant was opened by the M&M Hospitality Group, the same company that opened the popular Vintage Tavern in Suffolk. Steak options here include the porterhouse steak, New York strip steak, bone-in dry-aged ribeye and filet. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of seafood dishes, including steamed Maine lobsters, grilled Scottish salmon and jumbo lump crab cakes. The River Stone Chophouse also has a wide selection of wines, martinis and craft beers. Every Monday through Friday evening, the River Stone Chophouse has Happy Hour in the Lounge. They also offer guests a sushi menu on Thursday nights and discounts for military personnel on Wednesday nights. Besides weekly specials, the River Stone also has four rooms for private dining and parties.

George's Steakhouse

• George's Steakhouse is a family restaurant that offers Delmonico steaks, prime rib and New York strip steaks, as well as Italian dishes such as spaghetti, lasagna and veal parmesan. The Taglis family opened the steak restaurant in 1978. Brothers George and John Taglis moved to Virginia from Greece and opened George's with their uncle. The restaurant is still family-owned and has become a popular spot for locals.
