Discuss the trip details with your doctor. It is probably wisest to not travel during the first trimester until you are close to the end of this trimester. Only plan something if your doctor agrees you are low-risk.
Gather a list of doctors close to where you will be staying as well as hospitals. Also, include emergency contacts on your list. Keep this with you at all times.
Pack light, bland snacks that will not upset your stomach, especially if you are prone to nausea. Pack plenty of water too.
Do activities that involve light walking. Do not choose a hot location as you need to stay cool. Stay in air conditioning as much as possible.
