Start downtown on Broad Street. The city's main drag leading from Lookout Mountain to the Tennessee Aquarium, Broad Street is lined with a number of antique dealers including Choo-Choo City Antique Mall (1500 Broad Street), Chattanooga Antique Mall (1901 Broad Street), McCracken Bros. Antique Mall (2622 Broad Street) and High Point Antiques (3524 Broad Street).
Head across the Market Street Bridge. Connecting downtown to the North Shore, which is lined with first-class condos, locally owned cafés and highfashion gift and clothing shops, the Market Street Bridge will first take you to Frazier Avenue. Turn left, then take your next left onto Manufacturer's Boulevard. Knitting Mill Antiques is located in a refurbished, turn-of-the-century sewing factory on your right. With more than 100 dealers specializing in vintage collectable's and home and garden wares, it is popular among both Chattanooga's serious collectors and casual treasure hunters.
Take I-27 to I-24 towards Knoxville and exit at Moore Road. Turn left on Moore Road and the next main intersection will be Brainerd Road (also known as Lee Highway). The road's main highlights include Antiques by Calico & Lace (6853 Lee Highway) and Ooltewah Antique Mall (9316 Lee Highway). Barnyard Antiques, Etc. (7160 Lee Highway) specializes in furniture, fireplace mantels, doors, windows, glassware, claw footed tubs, pedestal sinks and other architectural items.
Finish your search in East Ridge. Take I-24 back towards Atlanta and get off at Ringgold Road (Exit 1) or take Moore Road back across the interstate until it hits Ringgold Road. Just off the interstate on your right (from Moore Road turn left onto Ringgold Road and the street will be on your left) is Slater Road, hidden behind the Cracker Barrel. The street is lined with more than six antique dealers in a square including Marie's Antique Mall, Garden Galleries Antiques, Crazy Daisy, East Town Antique Mall and Sugarplum Antiques & Treasures.
