House specialties include the Four Seasons, which is ahi, albacore, white and crunchy spicy tuna with smelt roe, scallions and tempura flakes, and the local favorite, Dragon Roll, consisting of fried shrimp, cream cheese, asparagus, roe and avocado with eel sauce.
