Visit the Navy Pier in person to shop in all of the stores. Shops are open year-round, closed only on Christmas and Thanksgiving. Each shop on the pier opens at 10:00 a.m., but closing hours are seasonal (see Resources). Below is the address:

Enter the shops that are of interest to you and browse the selection of items in each shop (see Resources).
Select the items you want to purchase and take them to the checkout line to pay. All Navy Pier shops accept major credit cards, debit cards and cash.
Visit the Navy Pier website to make online purchases at the Navy Pier Store.
Browse the items on the Navy Pier Store's website. Click on the items you want to view additional item details. Click on the "Add to Cart" button to add items to your cart.
View the items in your shopping cart to ensure they are the correct size, quantity and item you want. Click on "Checkout" to complete your order by entering your name, shipping address, billing address and credit card information. Review the information and click "Confirm" to complete your purchase. Your items will be shipped to you based on the method of shipping you chose during checkout.
