Products that the shop offers include modems, memory main boards, laptops, desktop PCs, routers, power supplies, processors, PC cases, optical drives and computer parts. Popular brands that the Computer Shop carries are Levono / IBM Toshiba, Gateway, E-machines, Dell, Intel-Amo, Compaq and Sony. Computer servicing such as virus removal, data recovery and spyware removal are available for all brands. The Computer Shop sells and leases new computers and laptops. Types of payments that are accepted include Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Customers are served on a first come-first serve basic at Custom Computers, Inc. Before servicing a computer, techs will perform an initial evaluation based on information that a customer has given them and give an estimate of the work to be done. Some of the services available at the shop include system troubleshooting, hardware repair, upgrade consultations, virus and spyware removal and installing system software. Before coming to the store, customers should be sure to bring their computer or laptop, any necessary software disks, license keys, usernames and passwords and the power cord. It is not necessary to bring a monitor. Servicing can take up to one to two business days. Desktop towers---some are custom-built---and netbooks are also available for sale. Customer may also bring in used functional and non-functional computer parts for recycling. Custom Computers, Inc is open Mondays-Fridays until 5:30 p.m. On Saturdays, it is open until 1 p.m.

Inlan Solutions offers one flat fee for checking computer diagnostics such as the system is running slow, doesn't boot or if the screen freezes. Once the diagnostics are checked, staff at Inlan Solutions can solve the computer's problem, make suggestions and repair the computer as well. Some of the services that Inlan offers are software updates and registrations, in home or in store set ups, computer upgrades, data migration, virus and spyware removal and recovery. Inlan also has computer classes available for anyone who is interested. Computer products such as Macbooks, desktops and laptops are also sold. Store hours are Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
