Most airlines require you to check in a minimum of 30 minutes before your flight. Even then, your checked baggage may not make it onto your flight.
Depending on the current threat level the country is experiencing, you may have increased wait lines at the security checkpoint. Ensure that you follow all directions given so that you move through security at the optimum speed. Leave extra time for heavy travel periods, such as holidays.
