How to Convert Kronor to United States' Dollars

      Log on to the OANDA Currency Converter (see Resources). In the “Currency I Have” drop-down menu, select either “Norwegian Krone” or “Swedish Krona.” In the “Currency I Want” menu, select “U.S. Dollar.” In the “Amount” field, select the amount of kronor you want to convert. The converted U.S. dollars will be displayed in the “Amount” field on the right side. You can see recent conversion-rate trends. The rates change daily.

      Log on to Yahoo! Finance’s Currency Converter (see Resources). In the first field, type either “Norway” or “Sweden” to bring up the krone or krona. In the field below, enter the amount you want to convert to dollars. On the right side, type “United States” to bring up the dollar. The converted amount will be displayed.

      Log on to USA Today’s Currency Converter (see Resources). In the ‘Convert This Currency” field, select “Norwegian Krone” or “Swedish Krone.” Select “U.S. Dollar” in the “Into This Currency” field. Enter an amount you want to convert in the “For the Amount of” field. Click “Go.” The conversion will be displayed.
