How to Add a Passport Page
Upon arriving at your abroad destination, you may receive a stamp in your passport book on visa pages to show you have entered the country with permission. If you travel a lot it is likely your passport visa pages will fill up quickly. You can send your passport in to add additional pages to the document. Those who travel extremely often may need to apply for an additional passport after adding additional pages.

Download the DS-4085 (Application for Additional Visa Pages) from the United States Department of State.

Address an envelope with the address listed on the DS-0485 application.

Fill out the DS-4085 completely. Place in an envelope with the applicable fee and your passport.

Send the document in a traceable form such as certified mail. It will cost more money to mail this way, but it's a security precaution because the package contains your passport.
