Assemble a list of everything that people would like to do or see on the trip. Then gather the information on when these things are open and where they are in relation to where you will be staying.
Open Word Perfect. Select "Table" from the menu and click "Create." Create a series of "Columns" across the table, each of which will be for a day of your trip. Create a series of "Rows" for the columns, which will be where you place the activities you will be doing during those hours. In the top row, type in the days and dates. Add an extra column on the left where you can enter the hours (11:00, 12:00...).
For each day you will be on vacation, organize the activities in that column based on how close the activities people want to do are to each other physically and in terms of availability (opening and closing times). Group items in the columns so as to reduce the amount of time spent in transit between locations.
Add some rest periods in which the vacationers can catch their breath between racing from place to place. Eliminate (if necessary) activities that will not fit with others on the schedule. This may cause some grumbling, but it has to be done.
