Climb onto the roof and inspect it carefully. Look at all the seams for cracks or holes in the sealant. Even the tiniest hole can let water into your motor home.
Using a utility knife, remove any sealant in the torn area. Clean the area using a mild cleansing solution that does not contain petroleum products.
Use an expandable sealant for RVs to re-caulk the roof. Don't use ordinary caulk, because it will not be able to withstand strong rains.
Fill the area so the caulk is overflowing. The smallest gap will cause the roof to continue to leak.
Let the caulk dry and re-examine the roof for any holes, including any place where there is a fastener or screw.
