Access Google Maps on your computer.
Click on "Get directions."
Type in where you are leaving from in section A. Type in the destination in section B. Click "Get directions." The directions will appear on the next screen on the left hand side. You will see a map on the right side of the screen.
Look at the top right side above the map for an icon titled "Send." Click on the word "Send."
Click on the word "Email" and type in your email address in the given text box and press "Send." You will be taken to a screen that will require you to type in the characters in the box. Type the characters in the box correctly and click "Continue."
Check your email through your cell phone. You should see an email from Google maps. Open the email and the directions should appear at the top with the map at the bottom of the email. Save the directions for your trip.
