Photos are required to measure 2-by-2 inches. The measurements from the top of the head to the bottom of the chin should be between 1 and 1 3/8 inches.
The photo should be taken against a plain white or off-white colored background.
The contrast, brightness, exposure and color should be correctly adjusted to portray the subject accurately.
The applicants head should be directly facing the camera. The photo should show the head to the middle of the chest, with a neutral facial expression and eyes open.
Normal street attire should be worn. Uniforms of any kind are not permitted except for religious attire. Headgear is also not allowed except for that worn for religious purposes. Tinted non-prescription glasses and dark glasses cannot be worn.
