How can Filipino apply for work permit in Singapore?

To apply for a work permit in Singapore, Filipino nationals must first find an employer in Singapore who is willing to sponsor their application. The employer must then apply for a work pass on behalf of the Filipino national through the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

The following documents are required for a work permit application:

\- Form WP05 (Work Pass Application Form)

\- A valid passport

\- A recent photograph

\- Highest educational qualification

\- Professional qualification

\- Experience letter

\- Medical examination report

\- Proof of financial means

\- A non-refundable application fee

Once the application is submitted, the MOM will review it and make a decision within four to six weeks. If the application is approved, the Filipino national will be issued a work permit, which will allow them to work in Singapore for the specified period of time.

The work permit can be renewed for up to three years at a time. After three years, the Filipino national must either leave Singapore or apply for permanent residency.
