- Your current Philippine passport
- A photocopy of your current passport's bio page
- A duly accomplished Application for Renewal of Philippine Passport (Form DS-160)
- Two recent passport-sized photos
- Payment for the passport renewal fee
Step 2: Submit your application.
Visit the Philippine Embassy in Doha, Qatar and the following:
- Submit your application form and supporting documents to the embassy's passport section.
- Pay the passport renewal fee.
- Schedule an appointment for your passport renewal interview.
Step 3: Attend your passport renewal interview.
- On the day of your interview, bring all of your original documents.
- You will be interviewed by an embassy official who will ask questions about your personal information and your passport.
- If your interview is successful, you will be issued a new passport.
Step 4: Pick up your new passport.
- Once your new passport is ready, you will be notified by the embassy.
- You can pick up your new passport from the embassy's passport section.
