Pharmacist Registration Requirements: Sindh Pharmacy Council, Pakistan

To register as a pharmacist with the Sindh Pharmacy Council (SPC), submit the following:

Required Documents

1. Application Form – SPC-prescribed format, fully completed
2. Educational Certificates (original + attested copies):
   • Matriculation (Secondary) or equivalent
   • Intermediate (F.Sc / D.Pharm) or equivalent
   • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from HEC-recognized university
3. Internship Certificate – Minimum 1 year under registered pharmacist at approved site (original + attested)
4. CNIC – National Identity Card (both sides, original + attested)
5. Photos – Two recent passport-size
6. Fee Payment – Original challan/pay order for SPC registration fee

If Foreign-Qualified

• Equivalence certificate from HEC/Pharmacy Council of Pakistan
• Authenticated transcripts
• Verification of foreign internship/registration
