You will need either your original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or your Computerized Registration Certificate, "Form B," with two photocopies.
A Pakistani passport costs Rs.2100 or Rs.4000 for urgent processing. If you opt to pay more for urgent processing, your passport will be available within five days.
If you have an old Pakistani passport, officials will require you to surrender it along with a photocopy. If you hold dual citizenship, you may present your foreign passport with a photocopy.
