How to Convert CET Time to EST

When traveling abroad form the United States to eastern Europe, you will more than likely enter into the Central European Time zone, or CET. Countries such as France, Germany, Italy, Norway and Poland follow this time zone, which is several hours ahead of all time zones in the United States. If you are in central Europe and would like to call someone on the East Coast of the United States, which falls into the Eastern Standard Time Zone, or EST, is a good idea to determine what time it is to ensure that you are not calling the recipient in the middle of the night.
