Splash down through a tube at the dolphin pond at Aquatica by SeaWorld (AquaticabySeaWorld.com) or swim with the dolphin's at Discovery Cove (DiscoveryCove.com). Wet N Wild (WetnWildOrlando.com) is another one of the area's larger water parks.

    Boating

    • Spend time at one of Central Florida's lakes or rivers by taking your boat out for the afternoon. If you do not have a boat, you can rent one at select Walt Disney World Resort marinas or at Downtown Disney. Lake Fairview Marina (LakeFairviewMarina.com) offers boat rentals, sales and sailing lessons on Lake Fairview, just off of Orange Blossom Trail Road. Take a tour of the wetlands of Central Florida aboard a guided airboat tour offered by local companies such as Old Fashioned Airboat Rides (AirboatRides.com) and Big Togo Airboat Rides (BigTohoAirboatRides.com).

    Fishing

    • Local fishing charters take you out onto area lakes and some offer charters in the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. In the Orlando area local fishing guides offer guided trips onto lakes such as Toho, Lake Nona and Bay Lake. Those wishing to fish the lakes of Walt Disney World can sign up for a guided tour of Bay Lake, Crescent Lake and the Seven Seas Lagoon.

    Golfing

    • The Orlando area has different types of golf courses where residents and tourists can spend time on the green. You have a choice of public, private, theme park based courses and miniature golf courses. Select private courses have agreements with local resorts and travel companies and may allow non-members to play a round of golf. Miniature golf courses are located throughout major tourist areas, including Highway 192 and International Drive.
