How to Cancel a Flight Made Through Travelocity

Travelocity is a third-party website where you can purchase airline tickets—sometimes at a cheaper rate than buying directly from an airline. You can cancel your airline tickets on the Travelocity website; however, there's no guarantee you will get a refund. Not all tickets are refundable, unless you purchased travel insurance from Travelocity and have a valid and documented reason for canceling your trip.

  Go to the Travelocity website homepage. Click on "My Stuff" located underneath the "Book My Trip" section.

  Log into your Travelocity account to access your reservations. Enter your username and password, then click "Log In."

  Click on "My Trips" then go to "Upcoming Trips."

  Click on "Change or cancel your reservation" on the right side of the screen.

  Select "Cancel reservation" to cancel your flight. To see how much money you will get refunded from your canceled flight, click on "Cancel Options" for the refund calculator. If you cancel within 24 hours of booking your flight, you can get a full refund minus booking fees. After 24 hours your ticket is subject to the cancellation terms at the time of booking.
