International tourist travelers check baggage up to 44 pounds unless route regulations change allowing between 55 and 70 pounds. International Club Condor passengers check bags with a maximum total weight of 66 pounds unless separate route regulations allow a maximum of 88 pounds. There are additional fees for excess baggage.

Aerolineas Argentinas has a list of items they accept for carry-on luggage. Travelers are allowed to bring a purse or traveling bag. They can also bring an umbrella, reading material, snacks for children, jacket or coat, small camera, cell phone, iPod or other audio equipment and electronic notebook.
Banned items for passengers' handbags include scissors, nail clippers, file or cutter, knives, knitting needles, screwdrivers, or awls with a chiseled edge. Prohibited items in handbags and checked baggage include firearms, explosives, flammable liquids and gases, and corrosive items like batteries and cleaning products.
