Determine if your firearm meets the special restriction requirements of Delta Air Lines. The quantity of total firearms can not exceed 11 pounds. Each firearm must be unloaded and securely locked in its own manufacturer's hard-sided container. Gunpowder is not permitted.

The representative will take the locked firearm case to be checked with other luggage beneath the plane. You will retrieve the firearm at your final destination.
