Cheap Bars on South Beach Miami

The South Beach section of Miami boasts some of the best nightlife and beautiful people in the country. While you can easily drop hundreds of dollars in one night, there is no reason to break the bank. Many of South Beach's cheapest establishments may not be the easiest to spot, but you'll find a diverse group of people and cheap drinks in them.
  1. Mac's Club Deuce

    • Mac's Club Deuce was picked by "Playboy" in 2010 as one of the best bars in the country. This dive bar earned the designation thanks to the diversity of the clientele and the two-for-one happy hour drink specials from morning until 7 p.m. every day. Open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 a.m., the bar sports a juke box, a pool table and friendly bartenders.

    Dewey's Tavern

    • Dewey's Tavern screens every sport you could possibly want on their 15 high definition televisions. Other forms of entertainment in the bar include pool, video games and weekly karaoke run by a DJ. Open from noon till 5 a.m. every day but Wednesday, this dive bar serves cheap beer, including weekly beer specials, and also cheap food.

    Lush South Beach

    • Open seven day a week from 2 p.m. until 5 a.m., this South Beach dive bar serves cheap beer with daily half-off drinks during happy hour (from 6 to 10 p.m.) Located between an alley and the World Erotic Art Museum, the bar has a pool table, juke box, jello shots and beer bongs.

    Zeke's Roadhouse

    • Beer lovers should check out this bar, with over 180 varieties of imported and domestic brews, all costing $4 (they only take cash.) Most of the beers are available in bottles or draughts. New international beer specials are offered nightly and there is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy Miami's warm weather. Located directly on Lincoln Road, one of South Beach's main strips, Zeke's offers excellent people-watching opportunities. The bar has no table service, no tabs, no hard liquor, and bartenders are strict about asking for identification from patrons.
