The cabins offer a canopy tour, which is a combination of zip lines, cable bridges and tree station platforms. Country Road Cabins is beside the rapids of the upper and lower Gauley and New River. There are cabins of up to four bedrooms available, with group discounts on the four-bedroom units. "Cabin Fever" specials change monthly, but the romantic cabin getaway for two, raft and relax package, golf package and fishing package are available annually and customized for each guest. Babcock State Park is dotted with cabins throughout its 4,000 acres, with views of mountains, woodlands and a trout stream in a boulder-strewn canyon in the heart of the Glade Creek Grist Mill. There are only 13 cabins here, all with a wood-burning fireplaces, kitchens and baths with shower. Babcock State Park cabins are close to all the whitewater rafting, hiking trails, fishing, horseback riding and swimming. A swimming pool, volleyball court, basketball court, tennis courts and horseshoe pits are on the grounds. Rates change per season, but average $65-75 per weeknight for two people and $80-90 nightly on Friday or Saturday for two.
